The Russian tourists surveyed by the daily are not aware of the LIVE RĪGA campaign. The Latvian Embassy to Russia says the campaign was important, but even more important was introduction of the looser visa regime and the new service offered - receiving the travel documents by courier in 28 Russian cities.
