But interest in travel to Lithuania drops by around 20-30%
According to head of the Polish travel agency Tecza, Janusz Hanslik, interest in travel trips to Lithuania has dropped by around 20-30% compared to the previous year. On the other hand, Poles tend to travel less to other countries as well thus Lithuania remains among most popular destinations after Tunisia, Italy, Greece. Polish tourists are mostly interested in visiting Vilnius, Trakai and Druskininkai. Kaunas has been added to the list of sightseeing destinations this year, too.
