New Lithuanian capital Star1 Airlines gets first plane

The new Lithuanian capital airline Star1 Airlines, owned by the tour operator Star Team Group, which is launching operations this summer, plans to launch regular flights from Vilnius Airport as of next week. Yesterday, the company's first plane, a Boeing 737-700 “next generation” aircraft flying in from Ireland, landed in Vilnius. The company plans to launch flights from Vilnius to London, Dublin and Barcelona from the beginning of July.
