Tallink quarterly loss at over EUR 20 million 2009-04-20
Tallink’s second-quarter loss amounted to EEK 323.3 million (over EUR 20 million), or EEK 211 million more than the same period a year before. Yet the total number of passengers transported grew by 15 percent during the quarter. As a consequence, the company’s management board admitted that the objectives set for this year will not now be fulfilled.
