Hotel guest numbers tumble by as much as a fifth
For the first time in five years, the number of tourists in Jurmala has fallen, Diena reports. According to information provided by the resort’s hotels, the decrease is by as much as a fifth and currently only every fifth hotel room is occupied. Hotel representatives hope that in summer the situation will improve and the number of tourists will increase.
