Ghosts of Karosta Prison attract tourists2009-03-16
Ghost Hunters International, a team of paranormal investigators, has made a film based on its findings in Liepaja’s Karosta Prison, a grim former naval barracks and prison that is now open to tourists. The film was created for the US television channel Sci-Fi and has already been shown on TV and placed on the Internet, Dienas Bizness writes. Employees at the prison are preparing a new reality show for tourists called Following the Ghost Hunters. They believe that the film will attract greater numbers of curious tourists from the USA.
