Estonian Air cancels April Hamburg flights2009-03-16
Aripaev’s online edition reports that several Estonian Air customers have received an email warning that the airline is altering its schedules for Tallinn-Hamburg. The Tallinn-Hamburg and Hamburg-Tallinn flights scheduled for April 1, 4, 8 and 11 have been cancelled. This was due to the flights having so few passengers, according to an Estonian Air spokesperson quoted by Aripaev. ”We offer as an alternative to use Estonian Air’s direct flight to the same destination on another time/date, according to our schedule, or a connecting flight on the same day,” the email says. “We ask you to send us an email to find the best solution. Estonian Air is sorry for this inconvenience.” The airline offers a connecting SAS flight to Hamburg via Copenhagen.
