Superior hotel chain signs deal to expand in Russia2009-02-26
The superior hospitality chain Golden Tulip Hospitality Group has signed a development and representation agreement with IFK Hotel Management, a Moscow-based hotel management company. The agreement enables the group to enter what it calls the “promising Russian market” at a time when the global economic turmoil is forcing many international chains to cut back on development. It is also a high-profile vote of confidence in the future of the hotel market in Russia. IFK will now focus on bringing brands such as Tulip Inn, Royal Tulip and Golden Tulip into Russia.
