Ministry to investigate recent flyLAL asset transfer 2009-01-22
The Lithuanian Ministry of Transport and Communications has formed an action group that will investigate the recent transfer of flyLAL's assets. The group has been ordered to prepare conclusions based on available data regarding the transfer of assets of flyLAL-Lithuanian Airlines to other companies owned by or related to flyLAL Group after the privatization of Lithuanian Airlines in 2005. The group’s conclusions must be presented to the transport minister by 26 January 2009.
