Welsh police help Latvian colleagues deal with tourists


Police officers from Wales are helping Latvia in its ongoing battle against rowdy British tourists and out-of-control stag parties. Following a series of unfortunate incidents in Riga, two police representatives from Cardiff are giving advice on how to control such tourists.
