Latvian tourism forum takes place today2008-12-18
The Latvian State Tourism Development Agency, the Ministry of Economy and the European Parliament’s ETP-ED group is holding the fifth Latvian Tourism Forum on December 18 at noon at the Big Guild in Old Riga. This annual event informs tourism sector representatives about what has been achieved during the year and about the sector’s future trends. Prizes will be awarded for, for example, the “most successful tourism product” in 2008 and awards for person of the year in tourism will be awarded in several categories. A “tourism party” will take place once the prizes are presented.
