airBaltic to launch three new routes next summer 2008-12-17
The Latvian national airline airBaltic has announced that it will supplement its network of flights from Riga for the 2009 summer season, starting 30 March 2009, with three new destinations – Linkoping in Sweden, Palanga in Lithuania and Tromso in Norway. It will offer direct daily flights to Linköping on Fokker 50 aircraft, with one-way ticket prices starting from LVL 25 (EUR 36), including airport fees and transaction costs. There will also be daily flights between Riga and the seaside resort of Palanga, with 12 weekly flights in all, also on a Fokker 50. One-way fares start at LVL 25, including airport fees and transaction costs. Direct flights to Tromso will be offered on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays on Boeing 737-500 aircraft, with one-way ticket prices beginning at LVL 35, including airport fees and transaction costs.
