Estonia’s privately owned international rail operator GoRail will add four extra trains to its routes between Tallinn and both Moscow and St Petersburg for the anticipated increase in traffic on December 31. The company’s director of development, Jolan Sevtsov, told the Baltic News Service newswire that in the days following New Year’s Day there will be a maximum of two trains on the Tallinn-Moscow line and one train on Tallinn-St Petersburg. “Most trains will return to Russia on January 6 or 7,” he added.
