Vilnius hotels get 10% more tourists in first three quarters 2008-12-12
According to Lithuanian Statistics Department data published in this Respublika article, hotels in Vilnius saw 488,700 guests during the first three quarters of this year, an increase of 10 percent compared to the same period in 2007. Hotel occupancy rates went up accordingly, reaching almost 59 percent during the period. The highest number of guests consisted of tourists from Poland, Germany, Russia, the UK and Finland.
