New financial year begins well for Tallink2008-12-08
It seems that the first quarter of the new financial year of what this article calls the leading shipping company on the Baltic Sea, a quarter that started on September 1, has been quite successful. Last Wednesday evening, the enterprise reported its impressive statistical figures for November. The overall number of passengers grew by 18 percent to 1.8 million, growing by as much as 27 percent on the line between Tallinn and Helsinki. Tallink has been consistently strong on this line, but it has also been helped by the fact that several smaller competitors have disappeared in the last few months.
