Enterprise Estonia targets middle-aged women in Finland2008-11-26
A new campaign to promote Estonia in Finland was launched on Sunday. Organized by the Enterprise Estonia foundation, it is focussing on luring 30-55-year-old women to the local spas. According to Tarmo Mutso, director of tourism development at Enterprise Estonia, the campaign is called “The Best Decision of the Week!” and is being activated mostly in southern Finland and Helsinki, introducing Estonia’s more state-of-the-art spa enterprises. Simultaneously, the foundation has launched new marketing in London, the essence of which is to introduce Estonia as a place that offers surprising experiences, starting from the Old Town in Tallinn and ending with a fresh vacation in the countryside. The campaigns are being co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund in the framework of a program increasing awareness about Estonia as a travel destination.
