airBaltic in July carried 38% more passengers than last year

During the first seven months of 2008, airBaltic transported a total of 1,402,472 passengers, or 31% more than during the same period in 2007, when the total number of passengers was 1,071,662.
In July, airBaltic operated 4,623 flights, or 37% more than the 3,378 flights of July 2007. Between January and the end of July, the airline increased its number of flights by 34% over the same period in 2007 - up to 26,684 flights in all.
Cabin factor in July 2008 was at a level of 70%. During the first seven months of 2008 airline’s cabin factor was at a level of 60%.
The 15-minute flight punctuality indicator for airBaltic was at a level of 76.7% in July 2008. This means that more than 76 of every 100 airBaltic flights in July departed at the planned time or with a delay of no more than 15 minutes.
