Supreme Court upholds Tez Tour fine2008-07-03
It has taken a year of litigation for travel operator Tez Tour and charter airline Aurela to hear a final verdict of the Lithuanian Supreme Court that is not subject to appeal. The court upheld the lower court rulings that oblige Tez Tour to cover a debt of around LTL 1 million (EUR 0.3 million) sought by its former partner. Martynas Laivys, Tez Tour’s CEO in Lithuania, called the final ruling illogical and still holds on to the possibility of trying to resume the case.
