City of Riga to enter marketing network2008-06-16
Riga Finance Committee has supported a proposal by the Riga Tourism Coordination and Information Centre to include the Latvian capital in the network European Cities Marketing from January 1. The centre says that this will allow Riga to participate better in international markets and position the city as a conference, business and leisure tourism destination. The participation fee is EUR 3,700 a year.
