For two years now, the tour operator Tez Tour and Lithuanian charter airline Aurela have been trying to settle a dispute in the courts. The companies are trying to solve their differences in an unprecedented situation that is even more complicated because neither of the parties has substantial proof to back up their claims against each other. Tez Tour seeks the cancellation of a court ruling that awarded LTL 1 million (EUR 0.29 million) to Aurela. In response, the tour operator seeks LTL 375,000 from Aurela.
