The new “low-cost business hotel” Dodo has been unveiled in Riga. Economy-class hotels are much appreciated among tourists and businesspeople alike, but until now Latvia has lacked them. French entrepreneurs have invested EUR 4 million in the hotel and hope to develop a hotel chain throughout Eastern Europe.
