Tallink kept afloat by Estonia routes2008-04-28
Tallink is earning a loss on its routes abroad, writes this article. Its Estonian-Finnish route has become the most important money machine for the enterprise. The profits achieved in the first six months of Tallink’s financial year on the route increased to EEK 455 million (EUR 29 million), up from last year’s EEK 311 million. The Estonian-Swedish route gained a little, however, up from EEK 39 million to EEK 44 million.
