A total of 63,946 passengers flew with Estonian Air in March, up 16.3 percent compared to March 2007. The number of passengers on scheduled flights grew 13 percent. In Q1, 163,230 passengers travelled with the airline, 17 percent more than the same period last year. "More attractive destinations and an increased interest in travel are the main reasons for the growth,” commented Peter Arvidsson, Estonian Air’s vice president commercial.
