Tallink’s subsidiary will buy an enterprise operating the  Pirita Top Spa hotel from Ain Hanschmidt, Andres Lipstok, Toomas Vilosius and from Urmas and Mart Sukles.

AS Tallink Grupp’s subsidiary OÜ TLG Hotell has in principle agreed on acquiring 100 per cent of shares of OÜ Delegatsioon from its shareholders - AS Heal and OÜ Haapsalu HRM.
