The reorganisation process of SIA „SALIENA GOLF” has been completed on
March 4th, 2008. As the result of reorganisation SIA „SALIENA GOLF” has been merged into SIA „SALIENA” (unified registration No.50003457331, legal and office address: Silarāju iela 3, Babītes pagasts, Rīgas rajons, LV-2107, ph. +371 67 146 321, golf course ph. +371 67 160 300).

All the rights and liabilities of SIA „SALIENA GOLF” have been transferred to its legal successor – company SIA „SALIENA” and the validity of these commitments is not affected. We acknowledge that the operation of the Golf Club and Golf Courses is being preserved and developed according to objectives outlined.

We hereby kindly ask you to address any correspondence, invoices and other documents to the company SIA „SALIENA”.
