airBaltic will Open Second Sales and Consultations Office in Riga

Riga, February 1. airBaltic is pleased to announce that airline will open its second sales and consultation office in Riga at the Reval Hotel Latvija on February 4. The office will offer information about services, sell tickets, change passenger names, dates and routes, receive payments for baggage transport, sell tickets for the express bus between the Riga airport and the city centre, provide services related to the Eurobonus programme, sell the prepaid airBalticcard Mobile phone card, and sell the airline’s souvenirs.


airBaltic to Expand Network of Routes in Mediterranean, Scandinavian and Eastern Direction

airBaltic Sets New Record on Annual Passenger Numbers

Riga, December 19. The Latvian airline airBaltic has transported more than two million passengers in 2007. The two millionth passenger was Igoris Stankūnas, who took a non-stop airBaltic flight from Vilnius to Munich today.


airBaltic in November carried 53% more passengers than last year

Riga, December 12. The Latvian airline airBaltic carried 168,026 passengers in November 2007, or 53% more than in the same month in 2006, when airBaltic transported 109,850 passengers.


airBaltic to Separate Luggage Charge From Fare

Rīga, November 29. Beginning on December 5, 2007, the Latvian airline airBaltic will introduce a separate charge for luggage of LVL 3 (EUR 4.5, LTL 15) in an attempt to make airfares more transparent for passengers.
